How Do I Schedule An Appointment?
Click "Schedule Online Now" above to open the booking tool. Then, click "Book" next to our location on the new page. Choose your appointment time. You can filter by morning, afternoon, and evening. Complete the contact form and verify your phone number.

What Do I Do After I Book My Appointment?
Did you successfully book your appointment and verify your phone number? Great! Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes before your appoinment just in case there is any paperwork left to complete.

What Insurances are Accepted at Las Cruces Urgent Care?
Most major insurances are accepted, including but not limited to: Medicare, United Health Care, Truehealth New Mexico, Presbyterian, Humana, Centennial Care, BlueCross BlueShield, and Western Sky Community Care.

Do I Need for an appointment for a COVID-19 Test?
Appointments are required for COVID tests in order for us to bill your insurance. Both rapid and non-rapid response tests are available at full cost without an appointment. Use the contact button below or call us at (575) 523-5400 for more details.

No Appointments are Shown, What Do I Do?
There is a possibility appointments are all scheduled as our booking tool is for same-day appointments only. Refresh your page, and try to filter by morning, afternoon, or evening. If no times appear and you need to be seen, we welcome walk-ins.

No Location is Showing, What Do I Do?
The Healow booking tool requires your location to be activated to automatically pull up our location. If no location is showing, manually enter Las Cruces, NM in the location search to find our clinic's booking times.
